Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by 8k813

8k813 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, posed a regulatory risk, or for any other reason consistent with 8k813's obligations under PAGCOR regulations.

Upon termination for breach, 8k813 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate deposits not involved in the breach will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 8k813 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, you must withdraw your available balance.
